Today I thought I found a solution for this, and I did. It can be solved by a pre-commit hook that blocks commits touching files that you are not the owner of. This was Jan 23. Codex desktop app got introduced Feb 2 Desktop app does not put the terminal in the foreground, but it gives me the UX I wanted without it! On another note, who is building Codex Desktop App, but one that supports ACP for all harnesses? @zeddotdev please 🙏
