I am posting a lot of positive things for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash these days

But that does not mean it does not have issues

It suffers a terminal case of Claudish/RL-ese/whatever you call it

Its default output is UNREADABLE. It makes me want to strangle it

Who is working on legibility benchmarks, public ones? We should just give the labs something they can plug-and-play to their post-training. There must be someone working on this already?

Otherwise, the armchair linguist yours truly will have to do it 😭
